Allan Sall Tang Japhetson was named head of investment strategy at the 885.6 billion Danish kroner ($132.7 billion) ATP, Hilleroed, Denmark, a spokesman said.
Mr. Japhetson will replace Mads Gosvig, who was named chief fiduciary officer, investments at RPMI Railpen.
Mr. Japhetson will led the team responsible for the strategic direction and management of ATP's investment portfolio, effective June 1.
He was director, head of balance sheet advisory, institutional solutions at Nordea Markets. A spokesman could not be reached for comment about a replacement.
Effective April 16, Mr. Gosvig will be responsible for determining the high-level investment strategy and risk profile at the £30 billion ($36.7 billion) Railways Pension Scheme, London, a Railpen spokesman said. RPMI Railpen manages the assets for Railways Pension Scheme.
Mr. Gosvig will replace Michelle Ostermann, who was promoted to managing director, investments in November.

His experience developing and implementing investment strategies for a globally renowned pension scheme will be invaluable as we continue to fulfil our mission to pay members' pensions securely, affordably and sustainably," Ms. Ostermann said in a news release.
