Pierre Jameson, CIO for the Church of England Pensions Board, London, will leave his post in early February, according to an internal memo seen by Pensions & Investments.
Interim and succession arrangements will be announced in the new year, the memo said.
Mr. Jameson has served as the pensions board's CIO for 11 years. During his tenure the pension board's investment funds have grown to £2.8 billion ($3.6 billion) from about £700 million.
Mr. Jameson has overseen the development of the board's investment strategy and the inclusion of infrastructure, private credit and private equity.
