Hans Fahlin, CIO of Sweden's AP2, Gothenburg, will leave the fund at the end of February 2022, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Mr. Fahlin, who has been CIO at AP2 for 11 years and turns 64 this year, wants to spend more time with his family, the spokeswoman said.
"We have just started the process of recruiting a new CIO," the spokeswoman also said.
AP2 had 421.2 billion Swedish kronor ($49.4 billion) in assets as of June 30.
