Anouska Ramsay has joined LGPS Central, Wolverhampton, England, as chief people officer, according to a news release.
Ramsay will join the executive team of the local government pension fund, and has experience in human resources and talent management. She replaces Harjinder Kaur, who has joined transport firm FirstGroup as head of workforce within West Coast Partnership Development.
Ramsay joins LGPS Central from Santander U.K., where she served as HR director for culture and capability. Prior to her role at Santander, Ramsay held the position of vice president of talent at consultancy firm Capgemini. Santander have been contacted for comment on her replacement.
