Willis Towers Watson has named Diya Luke as global head of investments, effective July 1, succeeding Chris Ford, who is retiring at the end of the month, according to a Tuesday news release.
Ms. Luke will report to Julie Gebauer, head of health, wealth & career.
Ms. Luke most recently served as growth acceleration leader for WTW's health, wealth & career business.
In her new role, the New York-based Ms. Luke will be responsible for "driving the growth strategy of the company's investments business globally," the release noted.
Regarding Ms. Luke's successor for her former role, a spokesman said "her responsibilities are being incorporated into the wider team for now."
WTW had global assets under management of $163 billion as of Dec. 31, and global assets under advisement of $4.8 trillion as of Dec. 31, 2020, the spokesman said.
