Victory Capital Management terminated Wellington Management as a subadviser of the USAA Small Cap Stock Fund.
The multimanager firm also added portfolio managers from two of its affiliates, Integrity Asset Management and THB Asset Management, to the team managing the USAA Small Cap Stock Fund, according to a March 19 SEC filing.
Managers from Victory Capital affiliates Munder Capital Management and RS Investments remain on the team, and Granahan Investment Management remains as the sole external subadviser for the small cap stock fund.
As of Dec. 31, the USAA Small Cap Stock Fund had $1.4 billion in assets, according to its latest fact sheet on Victory Capital's website.
A spokeswoman for Victory Capital Management could not be immediately reached for further information.
