Charles Lin, head of Asia at Vanguard Group, left the company to pursue other opportunities, spokeswoman Dana S. Grosser confirmed in an email.
He will be replaced on an interim basis by Axel Lomholt, head of product for Asia, while the firm seeks a permanent replacement.
Vanguard had $5.9 trillion in assets under management as of Oct. 31.
