Yovanka Bylander was named senior vice president and head of sustainability at money manager TimesSquare Capital Management.
The position is new, spokeswoman Brenda Le said in an email. Ms. Bylander will be responsible for integrating environmental, social and governance principles in the manager's investment strategies.
She was previously global head of ISS ESG client success and strategy, Americas, at Institutional Shareholder Services, ISS spokesman Subodh Mishra confirmed in an email. He would not provide further information.
As of April 1, TimesSquare Capital Management had over $15 billion in assets under management.
