Olga Kosters joined alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital as managing director, private debt secondaries in the firm's New York office.
Ms. Kosters' responsibilities include launching the firm's private debt secondaries business, a news release said.
She will report to Timothy Grell, partner and head of Tikehau Capital North America, and to Paris-based Cecile Mayer-Levi, head of private debt activity.
"We are delighted to welcome Olga to our team and expand our (offering) to the secondaries market in private debt. We see that this market is emerging and we believe it could develop significantly in the coming months," Ms. Mayer-Levi said in the release.
Julien Sanson, a Tikehau spokesman, could not immediately be reached for comment about whether Ms. Kosters' position is new or if she replaced someone.
Previously, Ms. Kosters was director, private debt, at investment consultant StepStone Global.
Stepstone spokeswoman Caroline Luz declined to comment on whether the firm will replace Ms. Kosters.
