Christopher Lvoff was named co-chief investment officer at OCIO firm Strategic Investment Group.
It is a new position, said Brian A. Murdock, president and CEO, in an email. Mr. Lvoff will work alongside Eric Bendickson, Markus Krygier and Tim O'Hara, the firm's other co-CIOs, according to a Sept. 30 news release.
He will work with the firm's analysts, investment staff and research specialists in developing and implementing investment policies for the firm's clients, the news release said.
Mr. Lvoff was previously managing director of Goldman Sachs Asset Management's multiasset solutions team, confirmed Goldman Sachs spokesman Patrick Scanlan. He declined to comment further.
As of June 30, Strategic Investment Group had $30.8 billion in discretionary assets under management.
