Jennifer M. Pedigo was named senior vice president and head of strategy and business development at Securian Asset Management.
The position is new, spokesman Jeff Bakken said in an email.
Ms. Pedigo was previously head of distribution at Polen Capital Management. She was replaced in June by Kevin Dolsen, previously CEO of CastleArk Management.
As of Dec. 31, Securian Asset Management had more than $50 billion in assets under management.
Mr. Bakken could not be immediately reached for further information.
