Scott Arden has joined real estate manager DWS Group as managing director and head of Americas real estate specialists.
Arden will lead a team of real estate sales specialists dedicated to working with clients across the Americas, said a Jan. 31 release.
A spokesperson for DWS confirmed Arden is assuming a newly created role.
Most recently he served as head of North Americas distribution at Sentinel Real Estate.
Sentinel could not be immediately reached for further details. DWS has $70 billion in private debt and equity real estate assets.
