Lily Choh will become CEO of Schroders' Singapore office in May and Amy Cho was named head of APAC distribution.
Ms. Choh will replace Susan Soh, who has led the firm's Singapore office — overseeing more than 450 employees in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand — for 14 years. Ms. Soh will focus exclusively on her broader role as co-CEO, Asia-Pacific.
Ms. Choh was named deputy CEO of Schroders Singapore and head of institutional Asia-Pacific a year ago. She will relinquish her regional sales role by the end of the year, a news release said.
Ms. Cho’s role as head of APAC distribution is new, consolidating the APAC head of institutional business role with her current responsibilities as head of intermediary business, a spokeswoman for the firm said.
Ms. Cho will retain her responsibilities as CEO of Schroders' Hong Kong office.
Schroders managed $785.1 billion in client assets as of Dec. 31
