Satori Capital, a private equity and alternatives money manager, made a $25 million investment in emerging manager Pavise Capital Management, said a news release Monday.
The investment in Pavise Capital, which has $45 million in assets under management in domestic large-cap and midcap equities, is part of the Satori XL Partnership Program.
The program forms "strategic acceleration partnerships with talented emerging investment managers that typically have at least a three-year track record and less than $100 million of AUM," the news release said.
Pavise Capital is led by Ben Lo and Kevin Lo, both managing partners.
Satori Capital has more than $1 billion in assets under management.
Satori Capital spokeswoman Ellen Henderson said the company has made a significant limited partner investment in the underlying manager's commingled fund and working capital for the manager.
