Guy Monson, CIO of London investment manager Sarasin & Partners, is taking on the new role of chief market strategist, said a news release Thursday. He will remain the senior partner and continue to lead the target return strategy.
Partners Jerry Thomas and Phil Collins were promoted to CIO roles in global equities and multiasset, respectively. Mr. Thomas was head of global equities, and Mr. Collins was head of multiasset. They will continue to report to executive committee member Subitha Subramaniam who is head of asset management, the release said.
Sarasin & Partners manages £21 billion ($27 billion) for pension funds, charities and other institutions.
