Casey C. Clark has been named president and chief investment officer of Rockefeller Asset Management.
Mr. Clark succeeds David P. Harris, who will become chairman of Rockefeller Asset, parent Rockefeller Capital Management said in a news release Tuesday.
Mr. Clark will be based in New York and report to Gregory J. Fleming, CEO of Rockefeller Capital, spokeswoman Kelly Whalen said.
Most recently, Mr. Clark served as Rockefeller Asset's deputy CIO, but no one will succeed him in that role, Ms. Whalen said.
"Casey is supported by a team of seasoned portfolio managers and investment professionals at (Rockefeller Asset)," she added.
"Casey is perfectly suited to lead our next phase of growth, which includes expanding our investment platform to provide clients greater access to our differentiated sustainable investing capabilities," Mr. Fleming said in the news release.
Mr. Harris' role as chairman of Rockefeller Asset is a new position at the firm, Ms. Whalen said.
Based in New York, Rockefeller Asset managed $12.8 billion across active equity, fixed income and alternative strategies, as of Dec. 31, the release said.
