If you've built a great workplace culture, whether in the office or by working remotely, Pensions & Investments would like to hear about it.
Register now for the ninth-annual Best Places to Work in Money Management program, an inside look at what employers are doing to enhance workplace culture, attract top talent and develop employees' skills. Registration for the 2020 program ends June 12.
A simple yet thorough two-step assessment determines company rankings in the program, managed by P&I partner Best Companies Group, an independent research firm.
In the first part, employers complete a questionnaire; in part two, employees complete a survey. New questions this year will allow companies to share any new policies or programs they've added as the result of the coronavirus outbreak, which has affected traditional ways of working. Indeed, a new reader poll by Pensions & Investments finds that a little more than half of respondents don't expect to be returning to the traditional office until September. Nearly 25% expect it will be in early 2021.
Regardless, companies with a strong culture, talent base and support network remain great places to work — no matter where the work gets done.

Results will be published online and in the Dec. 14 issue of P&I, and will include profiles and photos of top-ranked organizations.
Last year, the program recognized a record 76 firms.
To participate, companies must have at least 20 U.S. employees and at least $100 million in discretionary assets under management or advisement. More information about eligibility can be found on the Best Places website.
Participation in the program is free. For a look at last year's winners, visit pionline.com/bptw2019.
