Hank Jones was named managing director at infrastructure money manager Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, a spokesman said.
It is a newly created position. Based in Houston, Mr. Jones will help expand the manager's "origination, deal execution and asset management capabilities," according to a news release.
He was previously executive vice president and chief commercial officer at electric company Dynegy Inc.
Quinbrook has $17 billion in assets under management.
