Jayme Han joined Pretium Partners in Seoul as managing director for Asia and Craig Matthew joined the firm in Sydney as managing director for Australia and New Zealand, opening the New York-based real estate and credit firm's first offices in the Asia-Pacific region.
Ms. Han joined from Jones Lang Lasalle in Seoul, where she was an executive director, corporate finance. A JLL spokeswoman couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
Mr. Matthew joined from Asia Principal Capital, where he was a director in the private market investor relations group. A spokesman at APC said Matthew Rule, a partner at the firm, has taken on Mr. Matthew's responsibilities.
Pretium has assets under management of roughly $50 billion, a news release said.
