Amanda Agati was named chief investment officer of PNC Bank's asset management group, effective April 9.
She will replace Mark McGlone, who is retiring and will assist Ms. Agati in the transition over the next month, spokeswoman Britney Sage confirmed.
Ms. Agati is currently chief investment strategist for PNC's asset management group. Dan Brady, director and client portfolio manager for PNC's investment strategy group, will take over her role overseeing all investment strategy activity for PNC's institutional and retail money management businesses. He will report to Ms. Agati.
PNC's asset management group, which includes institutional manager PNC Capital Advisors, had $170 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
