Pensions & Investments is opening registration for the ninth annual Best Places to Work in Money Management program, an inside look at what employers are doing to enhance their workplace culture, attract top talent and develop employees.
Over the past few weeks, money management teams may not be working in their regular offices. Many individuals are working from home. But companies with a strong culture, talent base and support network will always be great places to work — regardless of where the work gets done.
Tell us what makes your firm stand out from the others. Registration for the 2020 Best Places to Work in Money Management ends June 12.
A simple yet thorough two-step company assessment determines company rankings in the program, managed by P&I partner Best Companies Group, an independent research firm.
In the first part, employers complete a questionnaire; in part two, employees complete a survey.
Results will be published online and in the Dec. 14 issue of P&I, and will include profiles and photos of top-ranked organizations.
Last year, the program recognized a record 76 firms.
To register, visit pionline.com/bptw2020.
You'll also find sample surveys and answers to frequently asked questions there. Companies must have at least 20 U.S. employees and at least $100 million in discretionary assets under management or advisement to be considered. More information about eligibility can be found on the Best Places website.
Participation in the program is free. For a look at last year's winners, visit pionline.com/bptw2019.
