Glenn Harris joined PGIM as a managing director and senior relationship manager for its institutional relationship group.
Mr. Harris succeeds Keshav Rajagopalan, who was named principal and head of product and strategy at affiliate PGIM Portfolio Advisory, a spokeswoman said in an email.
Based in Newark, N.J., Mr. Harris will be "responsible for deepening relationship coverage of chief investment officers and senior fiduciary investors" in the U.S. as a strategic adviser, said a news release Wednesday.
Mr. Harris reports to Cameron A. Lochhead, managing director and global head of the institutional relationship group.
Mr. Harris previously was an institutional outsourced chief investment officer and senior client portfolio manager for SEI Investments. SEI declined to comment on Mr. Harris' successor.
PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, had more than $1.2 trillion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
