Irene Holmslykke was named CEO of PFA Asset Management, a unit of PFA, Copenhagen, Denmark, effective Sept. 1.
Ms. Holmslykke will replace Christian Lindstrom Lage, who is retiring in October after 12 years at the firm, a translation of a news release said.
Ms. Holmslykke will focus on the management and development of PFA Asset Management, which had 511 billion Danish kroner ($76.6 billion) in assets under management as of Dec. 31. Investment responsibility will sit with investment teams, the release said.
Ms. Holmslykke joined PFA Asset Management in January 2019. Details on her role and any replacement were not known.
PFA has 560 billion Danish kroner in assets.
