Erick Bronner was named managing director of fundraising and investor relations at Palladium Equity Partners, confirmed Jeffrey Taufield, a spokesman for the private equity firm.
The position is new. Mr. Bronner will build and cultivate Palladium’s relationships with investors and oversee the firm’s fundraising and communications efforts. He reports to Marcos Rodriguez, chairman and CEO.
Mr. Bronner was global head of fundraising and investors relations at Riverside Co.
Though he has not been replaced, the company is considering adding a few people to the fundraising and IR team over the next several months, said Holly Mueller, a spokeswoman for Riverside.
Palladium manages roughly $3 billion in assets.
