Jesse Huff and Nicole Drapkin were named co-heads of the opportunistic investing strategy at alternative money manager Owl Rock Capital Partners.
Both positions are new, a spokesman said in an email. They report to Douglas I. Ostrover, Marc S. Lipschultz and Craig W. Packer, co-founders of Owl Rock.
Ms. Drapkin, managing director, has been with Owl Rock since its inception in 2015, assisting in the design and implementation of the manager's overall investment framework, the spokesman said.
Mr. Huff was previously managing director at Oaktree Capital Management and a member of that manager's strategic credit platform. An Oaktree Capital spokeswoman declined to comment.
Owl Rock Capital Partners had $17.3 billion in assets under management as of March 31.
