One Equity Partners closed its seventh fund, One Equity Partners VII, at its $1.75 billion target, spokesman Kelly Holman said in an email.
The new fund raised 6% more capital than its predecessor, the $1.65 billion One Equity Partners VI that closed in 2017.
One Equity Partners Fund VII is investing $30 million to $300 million in health care, industrial and technology companies in North America and Europe.
"We are grateful for the significant support we received from new and existing limited partners in the U.S. and globally as we raised Fund VII, our second institutional fund since we spun out of J.P. Morgan in 2015," said the leadership team of One Equity Partners.
Investors in the fund include the $66.3 billion Alaska Permanent Fund Corp, Juneau.
