Michelle Inskip joined Northern Trust Asset Management as head of consultant relations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a spokesperson confirmed.
Inskip started Aug. 27 and replaced Rosina Barnett, the spokesperson said. Details on Barnett's future plans were not available.
NTAM has $1.2 trillion in assets under management. President Daniel Gamba told Pensions & Investments in July that high on his agenda is globalizing the firm's private assets capability, looking more closely at retail and the exchange-traded funds franchise, and building on the fixed-income business.
Inskip was managing director, defined contribution at $759 billion money manager AllianceBernstein. An AB spokesperson confirmed Inskip’s departure and said Mark Williams, head of U.K. and Ireland, and the team will assume her client responsibilities until she is replaced.
