Oliver Little joined Neuberger Berman as head of U.K. insurance solutions based in London, a spokesman confirmed.
The position is new. Mr. Little reports to Gilles Drukier, head of insurance solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and is tasked with expanding the group's insurance footprint in the U.K. Neuberger Berman's global insurance solutions group has about $50 billion in insurance assets under management. The unit has dedicated portfolio management, client advisement, actuarial and quantitative staff based in EMEA, North America and Asia.
"As an experienced insurance asset management professional, Oliver brings with him a strong network and a proven track record of delivering for clients as we look to raise visibility of our solutions in the U.K.," Mr. Drukier said in a news release.
Neuberger Berman has a total $402 billion in assets under management.
Mr. Little was a U.K. client adviser for J.P. Morgan Asset Management's global insurance solutions business. A spokeswoman declined to comment.
