Tom Caddick joined Nedgroup Investments as head of investments in London for the multimanagement division, a spokesman said.
Mr. Caddick replaced Andrew Yeadon, who will retire following a transition period.
"We strongly believe Tom is the perfect candidate to continue our strong growth trajectory in both international and European markets," Andrew Lodge, European and U.K. managing director, said in a news release.
The firm has $24 billion in assets under management. The spokesman said institutional AUM is not split out. Nedgroup has offices in South Africa, the U.K. and the Isle of Man.
Mr. Caddick was CIO at Santander Asset Management, the release said. He left in 2019. Jacobo Ortega, Europe CIO, took on his responsibilities, a spokeswoman said.
