Mabrouk Chetouane was named head of global market strategy for international solutions at Natixis Investment Managers, said a news release Tuesday.
Mr. Mabrouk will oversee the global market strategy team responsible for in-house macroeconomic, asset allocation and investment views within Natixis Investment Managers Solutions, a division of Natixis IM. He will also actively contribute to Natixis' solutions strategy and facilitate relationships with affiliates and Natixis' U.S. solutions teams, the release said. Mr. Mabrouk will be based in Paris and report to Claire Martinetto, head of Natixis IM Solutions, international.
Mr. Mabrouk was head of research and strategy at BFT Investment Managers, a French subsidiary of Amundi. BFT spokeswoman Anne Rabot said in an email that while a search for his replacement is underway, deputy CIO Warin Buntrock will be in charge of the research and strategy team.
Natixis Investment Managers has €1.2 trillion ($1.4 trillion) in assets under management.
