Stephen C. Owen was named CEO of money manager The London Co., replacing founder Steve Goddard.
Mr. Goddard, who founded the firm in 1994, will remain chairman and chief investment officer, according to a March 18 news release.
Mr. Owen is currently managing director, head of institutional business development at Touchstone Investments, confirmed Sharon Karp, Touchstone Investments spokeswoman. He is leaving the company May 1. She did not say whether he will be replaced.
The London Co. had $10.3 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
