Kristy Heuberger and Brad Gries were named co-heads of the Americas for real estate money manager LaSalle Investment Management.
They will replace current Americas CEO Jason Kern effective March 31, spokesman Matt Schuler said in an email. Mr. Kern is stepping down from the role he's held since 2013 to pursue other interests, he said.
Ms. Heuberger, currently LaSalle's head of U.S. asset management, and Mr. Gries, currently LaSalle's Americas co-CIO and head of U.S. transactions, will report directly to Mark Gabbay, global CEO, and will also join the firm's global management committee. Mr. Schuler said they will continue with their current responsibilities and plan to hire staff to support those functions.
LaSalle Investment Management had about $71 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
