Geoff Blake was named as chief executive officer at KBI Global Investors, a Dublin-based active equity manager.
Blake will start in role at the end of March. He will replace Sean Hawkshaw, who is retiring and has been at KBI since 1992.
Blake has been deputy CEO since February 2024, and has been with KBI since 1994. A spokesman confirmed he would not be replaced.
Noel O'Halloran, CIO, is also retiring. The two heads of KBI's equity strategy teams — Gareth Maher, head of portfolio management for global equity strategies, and Colm O'Connor, head of portfolio management for natural resource strategies — will now report directly to Blake.
