Stephanie Hyde will join JLL as U.K. CEO in April, a spokeswoman for the real estate firm said.
Ms. Hyde replaces Chris Ireland, who will become chairman of the firm. Mr. Ireland will support Ms. Hyde's transition and the U.K. client teams that deal with both investors and tenants. He became U.K. CEO in 2016.
Ms. Hyde will lead the U.K. business and continue to strengthen the firm's position in its second-largest market.
"Her experience in driving growth and transformation strategies for large businesses and leading diverse teams will be invaluable to our clients and people," Andy Poppink, Europe, Middle East and Africa markets CEO, said in a news release.
The firm's assets under management were not immediately available.
Ms. Hyde was senior client partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the release said. Details on any replacement weren't available.
