Andrew Morrison was named global head of client experience at Janus Henderson Group, a spokesman confirmed.
Effective Monday, Mr. Morrison leads the firm's client experience strategy. He reports to John Groneman, global distribution chief operating officer.
"Andrew's appointment reinforces Janus Henderson's commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences to all our global clients, a key pillar of the firm's strategy of simple excellence. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and a history of collaboration that will help Janus Henderson continue to meet the evolving needs and expectations of our clients," Suzanne Cain, global head of distribution, said in a news release.
Mr. Morrison replaced Jennifer Ramirez, who left in October. Ms. Ramirez was named chief experience officer at Elevations Credit Union.
Mr. Morrison was head of client experience at Aviva Investors. A spokesman said his responsibilities have been absorbed by team members. and a replacement will be named in due course.
Janus Henderson had around $402 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
