Rekha Misra was appointed global head of product strategy and innovation at IFM Investors, effective Dec. 4.
The role is new, a spokesperson said.
Misra reports to Chief Strategy Officer Luba Nikulina and is based in London.
"Rekha's global experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our presence in key markets in North America, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom," Nikulina said in a new release.
Misra was global chief operating officer for Willis Towers Watson's investments business.
