Activist investor Carl Icahn announced layoffs as he prepares to move his operation to Miami from New York in 2020.
Icahn Enterprises will lay off 19 employees from its New York location and another seven employees from its White Plains, N.Y., location, according to a filing with the state's department of labor.
Both offices will close on or before March 31, according to the filing.
As of Sept. 30, the firm had $21.5 billion in assets under management.
An Icahn Enterprises spokeswoman could not be immediately reached for comment.
