Paul Yett, a managing director, was named director of ESG and sustainability at private markets manager Hamilton Lane.
It is a newly created position, a spokeswoman said in an email. He reports to Brian Gildea, head of investments at Hamilton Lane. Mr. Yett will focus on expanding and spearheading Hamilton Lane's environmental, social and governance integration strategy, the spokeswoman said.
He was previously managing director on the relationship management team. His responsibilities have been taken on by other team members, and he may maintain a role, the spokeswoman said.
As of June 30, Hamilton Lane had about $516 billion in assets under management and supervision.
