Multimanager firm Goodhart Partners has acquired a minority stake in a long-term global emerging markets specialist manager Albright Capital Management, a spokeswoman for Goodhart Partners said.
London-based Goodhart acquired the stake through its closed-end Volunteer Park Capital Fund. Terms of the deal and the percentage minority stake are not being disclosed, the spokeswoman said.
Goodhart Partners' Volunteer Park Capital Fund purchases minority stakes in "select high-quality private capital investment management firms," a news release said.
Albright Capital, based in Washington, is chaired by former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.
