Jennifer Sisson was named head of stewardship for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
The role is new. Ms. Sisson starts in June and will be based in London and be responsible for GSAM's stewardship efforts, such as proxy voting and engagement. She will report to Catherine Winner, global head of stewardship in New York.

"Jen's expertise will be of great benefit to our clients as we continue our pioneering engagement efforts on critical topics such as climate transition, diversity and inclusive growth."
Ms. Sisson worked as deputy director of stakeholder engagement and corporate affairs at the U.K. Financial Reporting Council, which sets corporate governance and stewardship codes for money managers.
