Teresa Mattamouros, formerly with EQT Partners, has been named managing director in the infrastructure investing business at Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
This is a newly created role, a GSAM spokeswoman said by email.
Ms. Mattamouros most recently served as a managing director at EQT Partners, said a Thursday release.
EQT Partners declined to comment on her successor.
She will report to both New York-based Scott Lebovitz and London-based Tavis Cannell, the global co-heads of the infrastructure business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, the spokeswoman noted.
The firm had $2.71 trillion in assets under supervision as of June 30, according to the spokeswoman.
