Mandy Adamou joined Fiera Capital as managing director, head of consultant relations for EMEA and Asia.
The role is new and Ms. Adamou joined July 17, a spokesman said.
Ms. Adamou is responsible for expanding the firm's presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and will continue to develop its relationships with consultants across the globe. She works alongside Frederick McNeill, vice president, institutional markets, a Tuesday news release said. She also is chairwoman of Fiera Capital's global consultant committee.
Ms. Adamou reports to Klaus Schuster, executive director and CEO, EMEA.
"With a demonstrated history of driving business growth by fostering successful consultant relationships, Mandy is an ideal fit for the company as we seek to expand Fiera Capital's footprint in the strategic EMEA and Asian regions, building on the excellent progress that Frederick McNeill has already made in this space to date," Mr. Schuster said in the release. "Given our focus on re-establishing the company's regionalized distribution model, I expect that Mandy's extensive experience in EMEA and credibility among both local and global consultants will make her an invaluable asset to our team."
Fiera Capital had C$164.7 billion ($121.6 billion) in assets under management as of March 31. EMEA AUM was not immediately available.
Ms. Adamou was managing director, head of consultant relations-EMEA at PineBridge Investments. A spokesman declined to comment.
