Ingrid Kukuljan was named head of impact investing at Federated Hermes, a spokeswoman said.
Effective in this month,Ms. Kukuljan will replace Tim Crockford, who . left the firm to pursue other opportunities, the spokeswoman confirmed.
Based in London, Ms. Kukuljan will lead the impact opportunities team, reporting to Eoin Murray, who is head of investment for the firm's international business.
"Ingrid's expertise will serve as an asset in spearheading our impact team," Mr. Murray said in a news release Tuesday.
Ms. Kukuljan previously was a principal at PDM Capital. A spokesman could not be immediately reached.
In 2018, Federated Investors acquired a 60% interest in Hermes Investment Management. Federated announced Tuesday that it was combining the two firms' names to become Federated Hermes and changing its New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol to FHI from FII.
The firm had $575.9 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
