Jessica Hart was named senior vice president and chief investment officer of Exelon Corp., Chicago, effective July 1.
Hart will replace Douglas Brown, who will be retiring on that date after nearly 15 years as the top executive overseeing the investment management of the utility company's $52 billion in assets, which includes its defined benefit and defined contribution plans, other employee benefit trust funds and its nuclear decommissioning trust funds, according to a Feb. 29 news release.
Hart is currently Exelon's vice president of investment strategy and public markets.
