James Lambert joined real estate manager Elion Partners as a senior managing director of industrial investments, said Kaylee McCall Correa, director of investor relations and business development.
The position is new. He will be based in Seattle to establish Elion's West Coast presence. Mr. Lambert will be responsible for overseeing acquisitions of warehouses in high growth core markets such as as Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle as well as assist with acquisitions in the New York metro area.
Mr. Lambert had been a principal and head of real estate for Amazon Logistics, the shipping and delivery service of Amazon.
