Jason Raiti will join OCIO specialist Edgehill Endowment Partners as a partner on Sept. 3.
The position is new, confirmed Richard Mahony, an Edgehill spokesman.
Mr. Raiti was chief investment officer of the $389 million Choate Rosemary Hall Foundation Inc., which supports private college-preparatory school Choate Rosemary Hall, Wallingford, Conn.
Mr. Raiti joined Edgehill Endowment Partners' investment research and strategy team and with his "broad experience and superb track record with private and public institutions will serve our clients well," said Nina F. Scherago, co-founder and managing partner of Edgehill Endowment Partners, in a news release.
Mari Jones, director of development at Choate Rosemary Hall, did not immediately return a call seeking information about Mr. Raiti's successor.
Edgehill Endowment Partners managed $1.8 billion for endowments as of June 30.
