Michael Johnson was appointed group head of institutional services and Alex Di Santo was named group head of private equity at Crestbridge.
Mr. Johnson's role is new, a spokesman said. He leads the private equity and real estate administration firm's private equity, real estate, management company, corporate and governance services teams.
Mr. Di Santo replaced Mr. Johnson and is responsible for the development and implementation of Crestbridge's private equity fund services strategy. He is also responsible for raising the firm's profile and for identifying and targeting new and strategically important revenue opportunities, a news release said.
Crestbridge has about $130 billion in assets under administration.
Mr. Di Santo joined from Intertrust Group, the spokesman said. His position there was not known; Intertrust representatives could not immediately be reached for comment.
