Paul Allen, Singapore-based managing director and head of marketing and client services for Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific with sovereign bond manager Colchester Global Investors, was named global head of marketing and client services.
Mr. Allen replaces Mamak Shahbazi, a founding partner of London-based Colchester. Ms. Shahbazi left the firm in May; she couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
Mr. Allen said there'll be no changes to his coverage of his existing client relationships, and there are no plan to hire a replacement as head of marketing and client services for Europe, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.
Colchester currently has roughly $46.0 billion in assets under management.
