Paul Allen, the global head of marketing and client services for London-based sovereign bond boutique Colchester Global Investors, will lead that firm's newly opened office in Dubai.
Reached by telephone, Mr. Allen confirmed that he has relocated to Dubai from Singapore, where he opened Colchester's first office in Asia and served as managing director.
Claudia Gollmeier, a senior investment officer with Colchester who moved to Singapore late last year, replaces Mr. Allen as managing director of the firm's Singapore office.
Mr. Allen said the new office will allow Colchester to better serve an increasingly significant segment of the firm's client base.
