Former AXA Hong Kong and Macau CIO Fanda Ho joined Chubb Life as global investment director, a spokesperson confirmed.
The role is newly created and she continues to be based in Hong Kong.
Chubb Life is the international life insurance division of Zurich-headquartered insurer Chubb, which had $151.2 billion in invested assets as of Sept. 30.
Ho was chief investment officer at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, a role she left in September. The insurer appointed Torsten Blake Bohm as her successor.
Before that, she spent more than five years at Prudential Hong Kong. Her last held position was head of investments.
In May, Chubb Life appointed Ben Rudd as chief investment officer also based in Hong Kong. Rudd was chief investment officer at Prudential Hong Kong.
